Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers returning rental vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and document findings.
• Outline and clarify final charges and obtain signatures.
• Assist with directions and travel information.
• Prepare vehicles for next rental and maintain records.
• Resolve customer questions and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the rental lot is organized and compliant with safety protocols.
