Regenda Homes is recruiting for a role focused on income management and lettings, based in Liverpool. The post involves maximizing rent collection, sustaining tenancies, and ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service aligned with customer feedback and satisfaction measures.

You will ensure compliance with housing policies and safeguarding, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and strong performance against targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of managing a range of housing related debt on a patch basis.
• Understanding of the rent recovery process including law around possession and welfare reform.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits and providing general advice to tenants as part of arrears prevention work.
• Knowledge of social housing legislation and tenant satisfaction measures.
• Evidence of meeting performance indicators and priorities under heavy workloads.

• Support the delivery of an effective income management and lettings service; maximise rent collection and sustain tenancies.
• Deliver a high-quality, value-for-money service that is customer-focused and driven by feedback and satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, regulatory standards, Housing Ombudsman requirements and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Contribute to a positive team culture reflecting Regenda's values and commitment to continuous improvement.
