• Experience in debt collection call centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver total debt management through prevention and recovery strategies.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and digital channels for debt collection.
• Set and monitor affordable payment plans with customers.
• Work with Housing teams to review debt performance and prevent homelessness.
• Prepare high-quality court documentation where needed.
• Signpost welfare reforms and Universal Credit to customers.
• Ensure data protection and safety requirements.
