The Regenda Group is seeking a dedicated individual to support income management and lettings, maximising rent collection and sustaining tenancies in a customer-focused way. You will help improve customers’ financial stability while complying with housing policies and safeguarding responsibilities.

Based in Liverpool, the role requires strong numeracy, communication skills and knowledge of welfare benefits. A driving licence and willingness to engage operationally are advantageous.

Formación

• Experience of managing a range of housing related debt on a patch basis.
• Understanding of rent recovery processes including possession law and welfare reform impacts.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits and providing general advice to tenants as part of arrears prevention.
• Knowledge of social housing legislation including tenant satisfaction measures.
• Evidence of meeting performance indicators while prioritising a heavy workload.
