Ignition Technology in Farnborough is seeking a proactive Renewals Administrator to join our growing cybersecurity team. You will support internal sales, manage quotations and renewals, and help partners ensure timely, accurate renewals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, CRM data integrity in Salesforce, and collaboration with finance. A customer-focused mindset and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with data entry and CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Create and administer quotations for customers and partners.
• Manage renewals orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Advise partners on upcoming renewals and provide required information.
• Track quotes and orders from start to finish.
• Work to KPIs and SLAs for quotations and orders turnaround.
• Direct inbound sales opportunities to the relevant teams.
