Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals and retention for a defined set of strategic accounts in the UK. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure clients’ business needs are met and drive renewal success to secure revenue.

You will build renewal plans, monitor risk, and coordinate customer training and product utilization while supporting new sales into existing accounts to maximise ROI across these relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English, French and German.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal strategy for assigned Strategic accounts by building and executing a renewal plan.
• Provide monthly reports highlighting high risk renewal accounts and turnaround strategies.
• Ensure customer training and product utilization through collaboration with training teams.
• Oversee renewal lifecycle from pricing and contracting to invoicing and support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximise client ROI.
