Job summary

Dow Jones & Company, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals for a defined set of Global Risk Insights customers in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with product, technology and partnerships teams to meet client needs, drive renewals, and sustain revenue growth.

You will monitor usage, onboard new users, deliver training, and act as the regional expert on GRI products. Strong English skills and experience in client engagement are essential; French/Spanish are a

Qualifications

• 2–4 years proven success in client engagement, customer success or account management.
• Exceptional English-language written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Own retention strategy for assigned GRI accounts with Account Executive.
• Monitor product usage via Tableau and other data sources; track monthly trends.
• Support onboarding and training for new customers and users.
• Coordinate renewal pricing and contracting; assist invoicing and support.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Commercial teams.
