Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewal processes for assigned strategic accounts within the Dow Jones Risk Sales unit. You will own retention plans, monitor high-risk renewals, and coordinate training to maximize product utilization across UK clients.

You will also drive renewals, support upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate client records. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Proven success in customer engagement or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Own the retention strategy for assigned Strategic accounts by building and executing a renewal plan.
• Proactively provide monthly reports highlighting high risk renewal accounts and turnaround ideas.
• Ensure appropriate levels of customer training and product utilization.
• Oversee the renewal lifecycle from pricing, contracting to invoicing and client support.
• Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize client ROI.
