Job summary

Octopus Energy Group in Weybridge is seeking a Driver Success professional to maximise renewal rate and advocacy. You will manage end-of-lease renewals, win back at-risk customers, and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure a great experience.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Weybridge office, and focuses on retention across all leasing products while adapting to different customer types and needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to manage renewals and end-of-lease processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the end-of-lease pipeline and advise on renewals.
• Oversee renewals, end-of-lease extensions and retention across leasing products.
• Engage with long-term customers to understand needs and experiences.
• Win back lost customers by repairing relationships and turning feedback into renewals.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve high renewal rates for the business.
• Follow up with customers promptly and match drivers to suitable cars.
• Provide next-level care to ensure customers stay with us.
