Job summary

Octopus Electric Vehicles is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist in the UK. You will be the main contact for drivers, guiding them from order to return, and delivering exceptional, high-quality service throughout the leasing journey.

This hybrid role requires two office days per week, with two potential cities: London or Brighton. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues creatively, and help drive a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone manner with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering memorable service.
• Resilience in a fast-paced scale-up environment and adaptability in ambiguity.
• Attention to detail to ensure contracting and delivery steps are accurate.
• Team player mindset with collaborative approach to process improvement.
• Knowledge of cars/EVs is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5 Star Phone Support to drivers with empathy and professionalism.
• Own the Driver Journey end-to-end from order to delivery and return.
• Champion brand reputation by delighting drivers for top feedback.
• Creative problem solving for delays or spec changes to keep drivers mobile.
• Maintain high standards and resilience during busy periods.
