Job summary

Octopus Energy Group seeks a Driver Success team member in Weybridge to maximise end-of-lease renewals and renew relationships by resolving issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role is hybrid, based in Weybridge with three days in the office. You will manage renewals across multiple leasing products, win back at-risk customers, and ensure drivers remain engaged with our EV leasing services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage end-of-lease renewals and retain customers.
• Ability to tailor approaches across different leasing products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the pipeline of end-of-lease customers and advise on renewals.
• Oversee renewals, extensions and retention across salary sacrifice, consumer and BCH offerings.
• Engage long-term customers with a relationship-based approach to understand needs.
• Proactively win back lost customers and turn negative experiences into renewals.
• Collaborate with peers to maximize renewal rate and hit shared goals.
• Follow up promptly with customers and match drivers to their ideal car.
