Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is expanding its Driver Success Team in Weybridge to maximise customer retention and renewal opportunities at lease end. You will proactively manage end-of-lease pipelines, renewals, and retention across all leasing products, including salary sacrifice, consumer, and BCH offerings, while advocating a high-touch, relationship-based approach.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Weybridge office, and a genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-of-lease renewals or retention for EV/leasing products.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to adapt to different customer types across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the pipeline of end-of-lease customers and advise on renewals.
• Drive renewals, end-of-lease extensions, and retention across leasing products.
• Engage with long-term customers to understand experience and future needs.
• Win back at-risk customers by repairing relationships and turning detractors into advocates.
• Contribute to team goals to maximise renewal rate across the business.
• Follow up promptly and match drivers with preferred car options.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer care to promote loyalty and “lease for life”.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team and support learning.
