Qualifications

• Customer service and/or administration experience required.
• Organised, deadline-driven with strong time management skills.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer quotations.
• Manage renewals orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Advise partners on upcoming renewals and ensure all information is provided.
• Track quotes and orders from start to finish.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs for quotations and orders.
• Direct inbound sales opportunities to the relevant teams.
• Liaise with customers to manage delivery expectations.
• Input and maintain data on Salesforce for reports.
• Understand and manage the distribution sales process.
• Some travel may be required for external events.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager.
