Jigsaw24 is seeking a Licensing Coordinator in the United Kingdom to deliver a proactive renewals service, protect service continuity and strengthen customer relationships. You will coordinate renewals, validate entitlements and work with vendors to gather pricing and options.

In this role you will manage renewal records, maintain portal data, flag renewal risks early and collaborate with sales, finance and distribution partners to ensure accurate and timely renewals.

Responsibilities

• Renewal pipeline coordination: maintain renewals schedule, identify expiries and progress actions.
• License and subscription validation: verify entitlements, terms and pricing with vendors for accurate quotes.
• Renewal insight and portal management: oversee documentation, vendor portals and renewal reporting.
• Renewal risk and escalation: flag risks, blockers and deadlines to responsible stakeholders.
