• Collaborate with Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Review and manage 'on hold' cases to progress renewals.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to support timely renewals.
• Perform data validation and quality checks on customer and contract data.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support team initiatives and maintain a positive team environment.
