Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical work or renewable heating technology.
• Knowledge of the heating industry.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• A valid driving licence.
• Forklift licence would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries relating to technical queries and customer support
• Provide sales support in relation to service issues
• Manage the daily closure of the customer query log and track queries through to completion
• Prepare weekly reports
• Update and maintain the job database
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Manager
