Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Engineer to join our nationwide team. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of renewable energy installations, diagnosing faults, and providing technical support to customers and colleagues.

You will work closely with engineering and customer service teams, ensuring safety standards are met and that high-quality service is delivered to clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to communicate proficiently.
• Gas qualifications are desirable for this role.
• A valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing & repairing faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to during daily work.
• Adhere to stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
