The Renal Pathway Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support across Renal Services, including Renal Frailty, Renal Transplant, K-FIT and Renal Vascular Access. You will coordinate patient pathways from referral to treatment and discharge, support RTT performance and manage patient appointments, ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinicians.
