Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles within a clinical or NHS setting.
• Experience handling confidential information and patient data.
• Knowledge of RTT pathways and NHS performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient pathways from referral to treatment and discharge.
• Support RTT performance and manage patient appointments and waiting lists.
• Ensure effective communication between patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide high-quality administrative support within Renal Services.
