Job summary

DaVita UK is recruiting a Clinic Manager for its dialysis clinic in the UK. The role leads nurses and support staff, coordinating clinical, administrative and operational work to ensure a high-quality patient experience. You will liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC, implementing new quality improvements and onboarding new team members.

The post is day-shift, Monday to Saturday, with an emphasis on compliant governance, patient safety and exceptional organisational delivery.

Qualifications

• Full NMC registration with nursing qualifications.
• Evidence of continued professional development, ideally in renal care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinic overall, including its operations.
• Lead the nursing and support team in delivering patient-focused care.
• Coordinate day-to-day clinical, administrative and operational activities.
• Provide a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment at every contact point.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC, with support from the Regional Manager.
• Introduce new processes to drive quality improvement across the clinic.
