Job summary

DaVita UK is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the dialysis clinic and its team of nurses and support staff. You will oversee patient-focused care and the day-to-day clinical, administrative and operational running of the clinic, liaising with the NHS and CQC and driving quality improvement.

The role requires full NMC registration and a willingness to obtain CQC Registered Manager status, with proven clinical leadership in outpatient haemodialysis.

Qualifications

• Full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications.
• Evidence of continued professional development, ideally in renal care.
• Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission, or willingness to become one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinic overall, including its operations.
• Lead the nursing and support team to deliver patient-focused care.
• Coordinate the day-to-day clinical, administrative and operational activities.
• Provide a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment at every touchpoint.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC, supported by the Regional Manager.
• Implement processes that drive quality improvement across the clinic.
• Onboard new team members alongside the wider team.
• Build positive relationships with patients and handle complaints.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, governance and regulatory systems and policies.
