CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee a dialysis clinic in the Bilston, Wolverhampton area. You will lead clinical operations, ensure a seamless patient journey, and maintain high standards of care with state-of-the-art equipment.

The role requires a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin. You will onboard staff, liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC, drive quality improvements, manage records, and support a Monday–Saturday, day-shift pattern with a competitive

Qualificações

• Must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in outpatient haemodialysis is preferred.
• Continued Professional Development in Renal Care is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Overall leadership and operations management of the dialysis clinic.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and welcoming environment for clients.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC with support of Regional Manager.
• Implement processes to drive quality improvements in the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and develop positive staff relationships.
• Maintain compliance with clinical governance and regulatory systems including KLoE.
• Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions.
