Job summary

TipTopJob in Surrey is seeking a Removals Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from enquiry through to booking.

You will liaise with overseas partners, prepare quotations, arrange in-home or virtual surveys, update clients, and hand off confirmed moves to operations. A strong customer service background and excellent communication are essential.

• Previous removals, relocation or international moving experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hand confirmed moves over to operations and coordinate with move management teams.
