Australasian Recruitment Company is seeking a Removals Account Manager to convert enquiries into bookings and build strong customer relationships. This customer-facing role combines sales, quotation preparation and coordination in a busy, collaborative environment.

You are a confident communicator with 2–3 years of sales experience, a strong telephone manner and a proactive approach to following up leads, aiming to exceed targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience is essential.
• Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills are required.
• Proven longevity in previous roles and a proactive approach to following up leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation
• Prepare and issue quotations
• Follow up quotations and prospective customers
• Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service partners
• Close business and secure confirmed bookings
• Hand over bookings to the relevant operational team
• Manage a high volume of emails, quotations and follow-ups during busy periods
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information within the company's internal system
• Prioritise workload to ensure prompt and professional service
