Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and route details to Branch or Agent network.
• Maintain relevant paperwork day-to-day and ensure accuracy.
• Utilise and maintain the database for updates and tracking.
• Follow up with Branches and Agents to keep enquiries current.
• Produce invoices and obtain necessary authorisation.
• Resolve insurance claims efficiently according to procedures and report risks.
