eNL Legal Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. With 4+ years PQE, you will manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity, from instruction to completion and post-completion.

You will work independently, prioritise your workload, maintain high professional standards, and build strong client relationships with introducers and colleagues.

Residential Conveyancer (Remote Working), 4+ Years PQE, £50,000+ (DOE) - Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for the freedom of fully remote working without compromising on career development, professional support or the opportunity to be rewarded for your contribution? We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused conveyancing professional to join a growing Residential Property team in a fully remote role. JOB REF:5854

THE ROLE

• You will manage your own residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, handling a varied caseload that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new-build plot purchases.
• You will be trusted to work independently, organise your workload effectively and keep transactions progressing smoothly.
• Building strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues will be key to your success, alongside maintaining the high professional and regulatory standards expected of the firm.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE who have the technical expertise, organisation and self-motivation to thrive in a remote working environment.
• The ability to manage a full caseload independently, from instruction through to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience across a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Strong time management skills and the discipline to manage deadlines effectively while working remotely.
• A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to providing an excellent service to clients and referrers.
