Residential Conveyancer - Fully Remote - 3+ Years Experience

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (fully remote)
Salary: £45,000+

A well‑established and fast‑growing CQS‑accredited law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its dynamic property team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to work from home while contributing to a high‑performing, collaborative department with strong client care values.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
  • Contributing to the growth of the property department
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a conveyancer with:

  • At least 3 years' solid experience in residential conveyancing
  • FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • Motivation, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • A history of strong billing and client care
Please note:
  • This role is not suitable for solicitors or partner‑level candidates
  • No management prospects are available in the foreseeable future
  • Experience training paralegals is a bonus, but not essential
  • Remote candidates must have proven experience working independently from home in a legal setting
