eNL is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. You will manage your own conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold matters, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build purchases.

Work independently with excellent client care while upholding regulatory standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years PQE in residential property, with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion
• Handle a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new-build plots
• Build strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues while maintaining high professional standards
