Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on handling a broad range of residential property matters and client care, with a view to progression in a supportive, employee-owned firm environment.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE, the ability to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion, and strong communication skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Ability to run your own caseload confidently from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and plot purchases.
• Excellent communication skills with clients; proactive, organised and able to balance deadlines.

Responsibilities

Residential Conveyancer, Stoke-on-Trent, 5+ Years PQE, £55,000+ (DOE) - Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your career can progress, and you can share in the success of the business? THE ROLE:

• You will take ownership of a broad range of residential property transactions, working with clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
• We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to client care.
• You will also have the opportunity to build valuable professional relationships, contribute to the department’s continued success and support less experienced colleagues where appropriate.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• The ability to run your own caseload confidently, from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion formalities.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and plot purchases.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through transactions clearly and efficiently.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to balance competing deadlines while maintaining high standards.
