Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to implement and configure Workday payroll solutions for a global customer base. You will work with teammates and independently to manage workload, understand customer requirements, and deliver aligned solutions.

The role emphasizes client-facing consulting, internal knowledge sharing, and adherence to confidentiality standards, with a focus on remote collaboration and potential travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll (minimum 5 years).
• Very good understanding of Workday Payroll and related capabilities.
• Customer-focused with consulting experience and relationship-building.
• Clear communicator able to work with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
• Capable of independent work and remote teamwork with minimal supervision.
• Plan workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
• Awareness of company strategy and how to support it.
• Willingness to learn about regulatory requirements.
