Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant (Senior Associate) to lead the implementation and configuration of Workday payroll solutions for a global client base. You will liaise with colleagues and clients, manage your workload, and translate customer requirements into deliverable payroll configurations.

The role emphasizes strong UK payroll expertise, client-facing consulting, and the ability to collaborate across remote teams while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll - minimum 5 years.
• Very good understanding of Workday Payroll, as well as any specialist Capability
• A very good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Work closely with team members, and independently manage your own workload.
• Understand customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions aligned to their needs.
• Support more junior team members and share knowledge with them.
