Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience across HR domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leads and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BPSS clearance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Workday implementations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent Management modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying platform enhancements and optimisation opportunities.
• Work closely with senior leads and client stakeholders throughout transformation projects.
• Configure, implement, and optimise Workday platform solutions to support HR and financial transformation outcomes.
• Apply hands-on technical expertise to deliver effective Workday solutions.
