Job summary

Accenture in Europe/UK is seeking a Workday Finance Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives within Workday and deliver cloud-based ERP solutions for global clients.

You will guide design, configuration, and deployment across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets while collaborating with diverse teams and leveraging Accenture’s AI-enabled accelerators. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business or related field.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record in finance process transformation and Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel as required by clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisory contact for Workday Financials within client projects.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into Workday configurations for GL, AP, AR, assets and reporting.
• Lead design governance and ensure alignment with financial regulations and controls.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday financials deployments and client enablement.
• Create and maintain documentation, best practices and project artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver large-scale Workday programs.
