Accenture is a global leader in technology services. As a Workday Finance Associate Manager, you will guide finance transformations and deliver cloud-based ERP solutions for top clients across Europe.

You’ll shape finance processes, work with senior stakeholders and lead a team to implement Workday Financials modules. You’ll translate business requirements into configurations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reporting, ensuring controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Finance transformation track record
• Experience in multiple Workday implementations
• Knowledge of Workday Financials modules and reporting
• Fluent English and strong communication
• Willingness to travel for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for financials in Workday
• Translate requirements into Workday Financials configurations
• Design and govern GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, reporting
• Ensure compliance and internal controls
• Create documentation for configurations and best practices
• Lead continuous improvement and optimization
• Oversee Workday Financials implementations for clients
