Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Finance Associate Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for global clients using Workday. You will guide end‑to‑end implementations, advise on best practices, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud-based ERP solutions.

The role requires experience with multiple Workday implementations, strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, and the ability to manage client engagements and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• Experience with multiple Workday implementations across finance modules.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, and Asset accounting in Workday.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for financials-related functionality within Workday.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
• Define and govern design of Workday modules such as GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of Workday Financials for end clients.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
