Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Finance Manager to lead financials solutions for major clients across Europe. In this role you will guide transformation programs, governance of design, and delivery of Workday Financials modules.

You will work with a global team, drive best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging AI and advanced analytics. The position offers flexible working, training, and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have finance transformation experience and Workday financials expertise.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, Contracts-to-Cash and reporting.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in Accounting Center functional area.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Workday Financials functionality for clients.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions.
• Define and govern design of Workday modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Financial Reporting).
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
• Create documentation for processes, configurations and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization.
• Oversee deployment and enhancement of Workday Financials for end clients.
