Accenture is seeking a Workday Finance Associate Manager to guide global finance transformations using Workday. You will collaborate with clients to deliver integrated cloud-based ERP solutions, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable and other financial modules.

The role emphasizes innovative AI-enabled Workday delivery and cross-team leadership. You will work with a diverse, international team, travel as needed, and align with Accenture's values while delivering high-impact client

Qualifications

• Strong finance transformation track record and ability to manage complex Workday programs.
• Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for Workday Financials functionality.
• Translate business requirements into Workday Financials solutions.
• Define design for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Create documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
