Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide clients through transformation using cloud-based HR solutions. You will own advisory engagements, lead workshops, and drive rapid deployments across international client projects.

The role requires leading diverse teams, applying Workday methodologies, and delivering value while traveling as needed. A Bachelor's degree is expected along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading multiple End-to-End Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant cloud/on-premise platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and best practices in Core HCM.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Workday Core HCM topics.
• Independently lead workstreams and report on progress.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets.
