Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to guide organizations through HR transformation using next-gen technology. You will deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and maximize Workday value for clients.

You will lead workshops, manage workstreams, and liaise with client teams, Workday, and Accenture to drive robust, innovative solutions across HCM and Recruiting domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and fluency in English.
• Experience delivering Workday implementations and transformations.
• Strong consulting mindset with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Workday HCM and Recruiting domains and help design functional solutions.
• Lead workshops and discussions with client teams and Workday partners.
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client counterparts and Accenture teams to deliver robust Workday solutions.
