Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Workday Core HCM Lead to guide clients through HR transformations, leveraging Workday to deliver cloud-based solutions and measurable value.

You will collaborate with clients, host workshops, lead your workstream, manage diverse teams, and drive innovation in Workday capabilities. This role offers global exposure, flexible working, and opportunities to develop deep industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or similar cloud/on-premise platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed; proven team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with ability to articulate complex messages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Core HCM, applying Workday methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics within your Workday HCM expertise.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Contribute to innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets.
