Job summary

Tidal Vision, Cesco Solutions, is seeking an experienced wastewater applications manager to sustain customer relationships and optimise treatment performance across EU & UK territories. The role combines on-site and remote support, process troubleshooting, and commercial account development, with regular travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial wastewater treatment with customer applications.
• Experience managing customer accounts or providing ongoing field technical service.
• Knowledge of coagulation, flocculation, clarification and solids separation.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
• Ability to interpret operational and laboratory data and translate into practical written recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with assigned customer accounts; be the principal contact for treatment performance and service requirements.
• Plan and complete regular on-site and virtual account-service reviews; document actions and follow through.
• Work with plant operators, engineering, environmental personnel, procurement and site leadership to understand priorities and needs.
• Assess wastewater systems to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct or supervise jar testing, sampling, dose optimisation and treatment-performance reviews; translate results into recommendations.
• Optimise coagulation, flocculation, clarification and solids-separation to improve reliability and cost.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot and escalate where needed.
• Provide training on Cesco products, safety, dosing and monitoring.
• Inspect storage, feed and application equipment; coordinate repairs and specialist support.
• Develop service plans and performance measures; monitor results and communicate risks.
• Prepare service reports and recommendations detailing findings and value.
• Protect account retention through credible advice and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand Cesco programmes within existing accounts; pursue new customers.
• Develop and execute account plans combining service objectives and sales growth.
• Support new-business opportunities through discovery, surveys, trials and proposals.
• Build relationships with plant and facility executives for long-term partnerships.
• Promote Cesco and Tidal Vision innovations where they meet verified needs.
• Maintain CRM records, plans, activity, forecasts and margins.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align customer context and support requirements.
• Travel approximately 50% of time, potentially more during trials.
