Job summary

Cesco Solutions, a Tidal Vision Company, seeks an Account & Applications Manager to lead wastewater treatment applications and account service across EU & UK. This home-based role requires regular travel to customer sites, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, programme optimisation and growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial wastewater treatment with customer applications and process optimisation.
• Experience with high-organics effluent in food/beverage or closely related industry.
• Experience managing customer accounts or field technical service in water treatment.
• Experience with coagulation, flocculation and solids separation (DAF).
• Experience with jar tests, chemical trials, sampling and dose optimisation.
• Experience with storage, dosing pumps, controls and application equipment.
• Ability to translate data into clear written recommendations.
• Strong track record in customer relationships and account growth.
• Knowledge of EU/UK trade-effluent consents and COSHH responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with assigned accounts and be primary contact for performance and service.
• Plan regular on-site and virtual account-service reviews with documented actions.
• Collaborate with plant operators, eng, env and procurement to align priorities.
• Assess wastewater systems and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct jar tests, trials and translate results into recommendations.
• Optimize coagulation, flocculation and clarification to improve costs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and coordinate specialists as needed.
• Provide comprehensive training on Cesco products and safe handling.
• Inspect storage, dosing and equipment; coordinate repairs or support.
• Develop service plans with key performance measures and track results.
• Prepare service and trial reports with clear recommendations and value.
• Maintain CRM records and communicate customer context to teams.
• Travel ~50% across EU and UK territory for account support.
