We are recruiting a Virtual Healthcare Technician to deliver high‑quality remote support, education and guidance, enabling patients to manage their treatment from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare setting is required.
• Completion of the care certificate is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient education and training via virtual platforms and telephone support.
• Support patients to self-administer treatments, including injections.
• Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up interactions aligned to patient pathways and protocols.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to answer patient queries.
• Identify barriers to treatment adherence and escalate when needed.
• Monitor and report adverse events per governance and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic systems.
• Signpost patients to additional support services.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and seek guidance from qualified professionals.
