Job summary

Praktika is hiring a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for our AI-native language learning platform. You will own campaigns end-to-end, test new channels, and translate insights into scalable growth, working with our Creative, Growth and the web funnel team.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads and/or Meta/TikTok Ads.
• Experience independently managing paid acquisition campaigns and day-to-day optimisation decisions.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, testing, attribution and core performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset: you understand what drives campaign performance and turn insights into actions.
• Interest in performance creative: you analyse creative performance, spot patterns and suggest new tests.
• Interest in the product side of acquisition: you connect campaign results with landing pages, funnels and offers.
• Strong attention to detail and high execution speed.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools in day-to-day work.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance and optimisation of web acquisition campaigns across different media sources.
• Set up and run experiments across creatives, audiences, signals and campaign setups.
• Analyse campaign and creative performance and turn insights into actionable next steps.
• Support the launch and testing of new channels, campaign types and advertising formats.
• Work closely with the Creative team on creative testing, performance analysis and iteration of new concepts.
• Contribute to web funnel optimisation by bringing UA insights and identifying growth opportunities.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimisation and other recurring UA workflows.
• Collaborate with advertising partners and account managers to improve performance and support new initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, privacy changes and emerging AI capabilities in performance marketing.
