Job summary

Arise App is seeking a CMO to lead growth and monetization using AI, with autonomous campaigns and AI-driven experimentation. The role focuses on scalable acquisition, activation, retention and upsell across channels, reporting ROI and KPIs in real time.

You will partner with product, marketing and design to implement high-impact features, set clear goals, and own end-to-end growth initiatives in a permanent remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth and monetization using AI to deliver results.
• At least 4 years in a comparable app/tech environment with performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation and prompt design.
• Strong analytical skills in pricing, conversion, and ROI-driven campaigns.
• Experience planning, executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for growth and monetization initiatives from strategy to execution using AI agents.
• Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention and upsell campaigns driven by AI.
• Set measurable goals and monitor ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time with AI.
• Optimize pricing, user journeys and campaigns via AI-driven analytics and experiments.
• Ensure consistent cross-channel execution with AI-generated messaging and delivery at scale.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitors with AI to uncover opportunities.
• Lead process improvements to make growth operations efficient, repeatable, and automated.
• Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams on high-impact features.
• Decide where AI runs autonomously and where human oversight is needed.
• Document strategies, systems and outcomes for transparency and alignment.
