Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Growth Manager Ads in the United Kingdom to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own Meta and Google Ads strategy, manage budgets, and build an AI-powered operating system to automate campaigns.

You will drive a high-volume creative engine, test new channels like YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit, and optimize landing pages with independent A/B tests. Strong ownership and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scale paid acquisition for SaaS or subscription products.
• Strong experience with Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including creative testing.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation in growth programs.
• Experience building landing pages, tracking, and conversion testing.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end for Meta and Google Ads.
• Scale annual spend toward $2M while maintaining strong unit economics.
• Build AI-powered advertising operating system using AI agents and automation.
• Develop a high-volume creative engine with AI assets and creators.
• Create audience-specific messaging and test multiple hooks to scale winning concepts.
• Expand across YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Own landing pages and run independent A/B tests to improve conversion.
• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution, including Meta Conversions API.
• Develop granular growth strategies by geography, persona, and use case.
• Manage budgets and experiments, turning winners into repeatable programs.
• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Website, Influencer, and GTM teams.
• Share weekly performance results and build reusable playbooks.
