Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is seeking a Clinical Advisor to assess patients by phone using NHS Pathways, providing evidence-based advice and ensuring they receive the right care at the right time. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering safe, timely clinical decisions in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Ideal candidates are registered Adult Nurses or Paramedics with at least two years post-registration experience, skilled in assessment, communication, and clinical

Competenze

• Registered Adult Nurse or Paramedic with at least two years' post-registration experience.
• Strong assessment, communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make safe decisions under pressure.

Mansioni

• Assess patients presenting with wide range of health conditions using NHS Pathways and professional judgement.
• Provide evidence-based self-care advice and onward referrals.
• Support patients through difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clinical guidance to Health Advisors during escalated or complex calls.
• Make timely clinical decisions prioritising patient safety.
• Collaborate with the wider urgent care team to ensure appropriate patient pathways.
