• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage and clinical advice.
• Support the 999 Hear and Treat service and coordinate referrals with healthcare and emergency services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate complex cases.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and colleague development.
