White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a senior, technically credible Business Development Manager to grow major opportunities in the data-centre market across the UK. The role blends strategic account development with hands-on project selling, from design and specification through to order.

You will nurture relationships with M&E consultants, contractors and end users, manage a high-value pipeline and work with internal teams to position engineered cooling and mechanical solutions for data

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in technical, project-led or specification sales.
• Experience within data centres, mission-critical cooling, HVAC or mechanical infrastructure.
• Established relationships with M&E consultants and contractors.
• Credibility to discuss technically complex projects with engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Evidence of developing and winning significant projects.
• Proactive, commercially driven approach; not just managing existing accounts.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with M&E/MEP consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
• Identify data-centre projects at design/specification stages.
• Understand technical, operational and commercial requirements.
• Influence specifications and position engineered solutions.
• Progress opportunities through design, tender, procurement and order.
• Develop existing relationships while creating new business.
• Manage a high-value, long-cycle project pipeline.
• Produce accurate forecasts and maintain CRM activity.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Support growth across the UK, Ireland and potentially Europe.
