  • Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing a range of cases independently.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and managing sensitive people matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
Desirable
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or changing environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.
Key Competencies
  • Confidentiality and professional integrity
  • Sound judgement and decision‑making
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Empathy, fairness, and credibility
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused approach
  • Continuous improvement mindset
